Welund Training Solutions is an innovative training company providing "Training with Integrity". We offer an increasing portfolio of work based and occupational training services, whilst specializing in our core products of Mandatory Basic Life Support and First Aid training for the Primary Care sector of the NHS in the North of England.
These training services are designed to meet the client’s needs, both in terms of training and value. Although our training courses are standardised packages (in order to meet current legislative requirements
and improve efficiency), all courses can be customized to meet the individual needs of the client, whether
to increase perceived relevance in the eyes of the trainee or to suit the clients budgetary restrictions. We are always happy to discuss your individual needs and create bespoke packages to suit.
Our commitment to the highest quality of training standards is supported by our membership of the Association of First Aiders (AoFA), and our accreditation with the Assocation of First Aiders Qualifications (AoFAQ). AoFAQ is an Ofqual, QCA approved awarding organisation. Being highly competitive in terms of both product and cost is of great importance, and in order to achieve this Welund uses "Lean Principles" within our Quality Assurance strategy to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This in turn reduces costs to you the client and increases our ability to respond quickly and effectively to your needs.
